Here are Ten Ways You Can Use DIVERSITY BEANS™

 

 

  1. Place Diversity Beans in muffin cups or dessert cups at staff meetings (~10 beans per person/cup).
  2. Place a jar of Diversity Beans in the middle of a conference table during meetings.
  3. Place question cards (Examine, Think, Are You Sure, etc.) around the table at meetings and have a samples of Diversity Beans available for discussion.
  4. Wrap Diversity Beans in decorative cellophane with ribbons and give to employees as presents.
  5. Hand out Diversity Beans at all-employee meetings and follow-up with discussion.
  6. Give Managers a Diversity Beans candy jar for their desks. As employees come in to the office, they receive a reminder to not judge others based on appearance.
  7. Give Administrative Support personnel and Receptionists Diversity Beans candy jars for their desks. These areas typically get good traffic for the diversity message.
